logo analysis
This logo may have to much going on. The picture represents a face also the nose is the L and the basic line of it is the G but the grey letter LG don't seem to be needed. The colours aren't to bright or to bland.

This logo i find very eye catching. The writing represents the burger between two buns and the b;ue band just being some sort of background. Red represents passion and love for it and yellow represent a happy and bright feeling. Blue makes you feel relaxed and free.

logo edits
My logo needs to be something that people will recognise as something of this time rather than old. if i include pictures of popular singers or bands at the moment then it would attract more people especially young adults and teenagers.
logo research
The colour green is bright to make it stand out and bold letter to make it eye catching and stand out.

more ideas continued...
My logo is small and snappy and doesn't have a lot going on in it. Its easy to remember and represents music. Logo's need to be short and snappy because people will loose intrest due to , too much going on and if colour less, people won't find it eye catching.
ideas continued
I have finally got two good ideas for my logo, now i need to decided what colours would be best for it. My logo is for a music channel so the colours should be bold and eye catching, colours that may represent music or make people think of music.

more ideas....
My music logo consists of a box in the middle and its called MISK... it also has a quote 'where music is loud'.... It also adds to the colours, its easier to remember than the whole picture or the name. Its snappy and gets to the point.
ideas
My logo needs to be catchy but to make sure that there isn't to much gong on. If there is, it will confuse my target audience and it will be harder to remember.
If its short and snappy, it will be something people will recognise easily. The colours need to be right to send across the right message and my logo will be a combination mark ( one type of logo) because its a combination of writing and a small picture.
Many logos are just pictures or use just writing , depending on their target audience. Because mine is for teenagers, it needs to be bright.

colour ideas
The right colour for your logo sends the right message to people and depending on what the message is, the colours vary. Some work together better than some and sometime you should have the right mix of more than one colour so you don't vary to much of the message you want to get across.

The colours also work when there aren't to many and the colours go together and they describe what the logo is for ( music channel, kids channel, film channel)

logo ideas
Idea's for the types of logos to use for a music logo , these are colourless but are effective with the ay they are written and the text that has been used. These are good for the right target audience ( teenagers and early adults) and have the impression of a music channel.
